Lol, did anybody taught you duties are imposed by the end user country? You have can impose it and have to credit it back as soon as the cargo leaves your soil and enters Afg. And overall as per International laws(WTO), You have to do the same for all the countries for giving level playing field. That will doom your CPEC before it will actually kickoff.-

Duties on the transportation of items going through Pakistan.

Duties are either excise or customs duties both are to be credited back if the commodity is not consumed in your country. What you are talking about are transit and toll. Yes, you can do it. According to WTO rules, these should be same for all the parties to give a level playing field to all countries. This will force you to treat Chinese cargo with same tariffs. Also Afg. can apply same high tariffs on your cargo passing through there territories.

I just came back a couple of days back from a Pakistan visit. I can tell you first hand how Afghans are crawling in every city and street of Pakistan. This Afghan cancer is roaming everywhere. So much for empty threats and their love for India LOL

We need to kick them all out and send them home. They are a HUGE drain on our economy.

Afghanistan war is a civil war. India had nothing to gain from sending soldiers.

Yeah what would it gain by doing trade with a country in civil war? Why not just stay away from a country whose Economy is disaster and is geographically separated from you guys? India doesn't want to export goods it just want to export terrorist into a country in civil war to create unrest on our borders.

Almost everyone in Pakistan unanimously agrees on removing the Afghan scourge. This opinion is shared among the vast majority of Pakistanis across the nation. I was surprised at the anti-Afghan sentiment in Pakistan. The Pakistani Pashtun absolutely hate Afghans. I knew this disgust existed, but my Pakistan visit has been a revelation. It is massive.

This filth roams everywhere in Pakistan. Time to deport them to India LOL Afghans claiming to be lovers of India are lairs. They beg to stay in Pakistan.
