Interesting developments, I guess no more of Afghan-Pak bhai bhai -- article here, excerpts below:

...

All those Afghan nationals who immigrated to Pakistan before civil unrest erupted in 1979 in their country would be treated as illegal residents and deported, said an official of the Special Branch Police.

...

A number of the Afghan refugees have married local women, purchased land and run large businesses in the country. However, after these directions, a large-scale crackdown was initiated and even government officials are being verified.

...

“Two constables with eight years of service have been fired from the police because they are Afghan nationals and others are being verified,” he said. The official added a number of other government employees were actually “illegal immigrants”.

...

Even diplomats are not immune to the government’s crackdown.
Towards the end of February 2015, four of them were detained with 28 other Afghans and locked up in the University Town police station. Several citizens of the neighbouring country are being kept in different jails owing to the lack of proper transportation facilities to deport them to Afghanistan via the Torkham border in Khyber Agency.

Never expected this kind of crackdown. Seem bit unfair to be honest. Anyway illegals should replaced with native officials.

Honestly I never thought the Pakistani people were capable of waking up - but it seems to be happening.

The talk of our Afghan brothers has vanished from Pakistani drawing rooms, from polite society, and other forums.

The rude awakening that the Afghans burn Pakistani flags, hate Pakistanis seems to be setting in.

They hate us, I didn't know that until I talked to a few myself.

SMH, how ungrateful could someone be? There are almost 2 Million of them living in Pakistan. WTF!!

Very difficult to believe but commendable if true.

Sindh and Balochistan Police needs to work well with other Pakistan agencies to crack down and send them back to Afghanistan back for ever.

For all this GoP, should ask services of Daewoo or any other transportation services to take them along with their load of goods to Kabul, Afghanistan.

More over, a better additional suggestion would be to NOW combine FC and Levis from Balochistan and KPK to become on Rangers force for KPK, FATA and Balochistan. Just like Sindh and Punjab Rangers. More over same for Gilgit and Kashmir too.

There is some possibility that in near future too some parts of Afghanistan will become part of Pakistan about 30-50% as there are instability in Afghanistan a lot. There are 72 or more groups fighting with their own security forces, with local people and also with each other too.

But in the above case; Pakistan Military needs to be ready to counter it well.

7 million actually.

In reality there would be 20 Million of them all over Pakistan and with 40% in Karachi.

Pakistan must ask ISAF to place some ANA and their own men along with border with Pakistan.

and whom want to be a afghan national ? no one only few war lords
The most amazing thing for me was that once everyone was talking that Afghanistan and KPK pathans are the real power much bigger and far stronger than our Pakistan Military! I used to amaze on those words. But now, the picture is clear.

We can now see that once Afghans were claiming that USA and EU will break in to small parts as they took a war with Afghans. But the reality is that Afghanistan is now the most in-stable region of South Asia and there might be possibility of break up as well.

I am really feeling shame about those people who had pronounced Afghans as the most powerful.

Afghanistan: a vanishing state

:pakistan: Pakistan Zinadab :pakistan:
