Depends on who you are. Non muslims and rich/influential people get it unrestricted.

I've been all over south Asia with the exception of Pakistan, and there's no doubt that Bombay/Delhi/Goa and even Poona have the best after hours party spaces. Bombay and Delhi have among the best restaurants in the world! Bangalore would be up there if it weren't for the ridiculous half 11 deadline. Colombo has a few decent clubs and some nice restaurants, but nowhere near as nice as B'bay/Delhi's.

Bombay has the best night life as far as South Asia is concerned.. Delhi comes close second but very snobbish crowds.Bangalore is more of a pub town.. closes down early.. Goa is just a hippy rave resort.. I'd prefer Unawatuna in SL for that kind of fun

Colombo is slowly catching up.. It's just been 3 years since the city really opened for business, Where night life was rare in a garrisoned town
