The video footage is just unspeakable. Either the white race or mankind, or perhaps both, needs to reflect. It's like he was trying to kill him but could not find a quicker way to do so. What on earth is going on in the mind of the guy who did this? I've heard of soldiers in hand to hand combat doing this because they're supposed to kill each other....but why would a cop trying to arrest someone for a minor crime do this? He had backup nearby. There is just no plausible defence here. Open and shut case. I am.guessing there is no death penalty in Minnesota though?
