I believe Russian s-400 factory producers are overloaded already with the Chinese request.

We didn't order any S-400, it is just the rumor.

We might have purchased S-400 too.but since the production line is busy and its delivery would take time they want to hide the deal until the delivery.so this time, Russia would get less pressure from west.

Well it's not like Iran is losing anything. If Russia sells the missiles, great for Iran. It will be very hard to launch airstrikes against Iran. But if Russia does not sell, it won't make Irani military any worse.
I suspect that EU-USA will be ready to recognize Eastern Ukraine as part of Russia or a separate state in order to prevent them from selling the missiles. After all these are top-notch missiles equal to Patriot missiles and Iran has nothing comparable to them.
