In that movie (Agent Vinod) though Pak Army General sends Nuke bomb in India for blast but the real villain was shown in the movie was a Hindu British of Indian origin.

Who have asked Pak army general to nuke Delhi so that he can earn from the share market

well, there is a lot of unbanning that indian gov't has to do on Pak goods, entertianment packages etc too. having said that, if you cant take positive critcism from your own people and willing to bankrupt them then you obviously won't listen to outsiders either.
