Kosovo war began in 1995 and it wasn't until 2008 that the US recognized Kosovo. Russia is recognizing New Russia's election on November 2, and that's huge. Plus, LDPR is sending observers this time whereas Russia did not send observers on May 11. Russia does not recognize Ukraine's election and never sent any observers.

NATO is a chicken. NATO has turned its back on Ukraine. Only Ukraine army needs to be taken care of. Ukraine air force is gone. No more aircraft.
