The man is obvious is scrum and should be treated that way. My first inclination is to simply deport him and spare the taxpayer of supporting a foreign criminal. Just send him back to India, but his crime is too egregious to do that. My guess is that he's done this before in India and by simply sending him back, he will be free to harm more children there.

Those who harm children occupy the lowest level of hell and are treated accordingly. Even in prison, he will not be looked on kindly by other prisoners. His life will be hell for a very long time.

I remember the sad case of the little Pakistani girl who was raped and the father wanted a different cop to investigate because the cop appointed was Ahmediya.
So please don't politicize rape - it is a heinous crime and scoring brownie points with it through religious tints is frankly quite pathetic. Applies to Indians too, so I am not saying this is a one way street.
