It's not anti-American. They're pretty much telling a story of how PMCs are taking over most US military operations, which is actually true. Iraq was run almost entirely by PMCs, US military personnel were mostly on guard duty.

They're not privatizing, as much as they're bringing in private companies. The US gov still has complete control in these industries, they've just opened them up for private companies to enter the space.
