you do know your "strategic depth" was a disaster in that war right. not to be an *** but you were tipped off multiple times that the Egyptians were about to attack bar-levi.
you wrote it off as "impossible" & paid for it
in the end the US saved the day though via operation nickel-grass (although only the israelis were happy about it). giving you the fuel to prevent the egyptians from full victory & allowing you to carry out attacks against Syria.
1967 though the arabs were the ones that made that screw up.
yes you have more tanks but we have far superior MBTs. that said with our number.... it wouldn't make enough difference in a war.
your submarines are downgraded versions of ours, that said you do have a few more.
& correct we have more surface vessels (i'm actually proud of our current navy)
the only really great part of the Israeli forces in my opinion is the air force... i will admit you have a very good air force in gear & in training (even more so compared to the ground forces)
much of our budget is eaten up by R&D in addition we really don't leave enough for procurement or maintenance. that said we also don't spend a large part of the GDP on it.. we could have a far better army but we are also restricted on how big our army can be
