The five points of the agreement are listed below:

1. A review petition has been filed in the Asia Bibi case which is the right of the petitioners. The government will raise no objections over the review petition.

2. Due process will be followed immediately to include the name of Asia Bibi in the Exit Control List (ECL).

3. Immediate legal action will be taken over the martyrdom of any individuals during the protest campaign against the acquittal of Asia Bibi.

4. All those arrested on October 30 or afterwards in the protest campaign against Asia Bibi's acquittal will be released immediately.

5. The TLP apologises to anybody whose sentiments have been unnecessarily hurt during the incident.

The agreement was signed by federal minister Qadri and Punjab Law Minister Raja Basharat — who represented the government — and Pir Mohammad Afzal Qadri and Mohammad Waheed Noor from the TLP.

The agreement could've been done yesterday. The govt. dragged its feet and kept the whole country in turmoil, which eventually helped our enemies who took a very important life for Pakistan's interests.
The jokers in the supreme court have actually destroyed the well-being of Pakistan more than anyone, in last 10 years. Judicial activism on popular media-attention cases, wrongly-timed judgements and destabilizing PAkistan economy whenever it was about to take off. Pakistan in 2007 was doing fantastically when the joker in Supreme Court made issues. He was restored but Pakistan economy was pushed 20 years back making way for Zardari who devastated the remaining govt. institutions, the land-grabbing of prime govt. land, Karachi became a garbage dumping ground , flight of capital, industry shutdown and relocated to foreign countries etc..

Knew this machismo attention seeker Chief Justice will burst his self-inflated bubble in the most catastrophic manner which he did. This had an international hand but govt. needed to prepare beforehand.
They should've immediately dissociated from the ruling and stated we are filing a review petition and putting that woman on ECL. Instead they got misguided by the desi liberal pigs in media who once cheerlead Musharraf to calamity called Lal Masjid. Pakistan lost civilians and its jawans to terrorism.
We can't afford to go back to that era.

Groups such as TLP cannot be tolerated any longer. This looks like the BJP RSS mob of Pakistan. It is unacceptable that a group can pressure the state machinery into accepting their ultimatum.

The state and rule of law is above everything else.

Having said that, for the sake of restoring calmness this bitter pill needs to be swallowed.

Make the appropriate amendments and deal harshly with mob groups. Restore sanity.

He is a spy caught fortunately for you.,how can spies influence your national judgments and policies...while it is true ,in this globalized world a nation's interests are related to many other nations..and some dirty games are being played..but Pakistanis take that to a new level..they imagine,west,christian,Israeli,Indian hands behind every incident in their country.,they never introspect.
You can see here also people blaming SC judge(to be honest it was a bench of 3 who unanimously agreed to release her) for the verdict..but they are not questioning why has our country become so intolerable and extremist that on a cal of mullah there is ransom and violence across the country?
They are not asking ' why are we allowing laws amidst us which allow the killing of innocents with false charges?'

Indian Muslims are not located in one place in a large number like in Kashmir..if they were,they would do the same..Indian Muslims have been unruly..recently a Hindu priest was killed by a Muslim as the priest didn't turn down the volume of his speaker during azaan..Muslims killed hundreds of people in riots in India before 2002...examples are Bombay,Hyderabad, UP etc..it was only after 2002 when they realized what Hindus can also do,they have some what mellowed down...Indian Muslims are more extreme than kashmiri ones..

Sc should refer this case to Federal Shariat court to avoid unrest if she is proved innocent by this court everyone will accept it people not trust sc and western judiciary for religious matter.All this is due to lack of trust as judiciary has failed to provide justice to common man and full of corruption it has lost respect
