I am really glad India has access to Afghanistan and beyond now they can stop begging us for it. As far as any terrorism originating from Iran or Afghanistan, it will impact any ambitions Iran has of being a major oil/gas exporter to China. Iran has a lot of problems with Iraq and syria and what not, I dont think they want to add pakistan to the list considering pakistan is keeping it self away from the Saudi-Iran Sectarian Fest, policies can change though.

Last time i checked india had a 106 km border with afghanistan then why spending so much money here.. Oh i remember azad kashmir is pakistan.

..... for now ..... and its Pakistan occupied kashmir.

Afghanistan would be real beneficiary in this project.
India and Iran should help them.
I think Iran would be ROFL because of the Pakistan's stupidity.
If Pakistan was in favour to open the trade routes then they would have been the real beneficary in here.
