hud's for the f16. it originally came from the uk to israel then to pakistan. but i would assum it did not come direct from israel so it may have been sent via a third party port/airport. such as dubai or turkey.

If PN wants to acquire new navy ships then they should go for Chinese Type 52 & Type 56, this will increase the strengthen of PN by great deal.
