Sounds interesting but seriously do we have the technology to have it built here, especially when we are struggling with NAL Saras?

We seriously need to have a separate commercial wing for HAL or NAL whomsoever is chosen to market this product, or simply have a Private Player like Mahindra and TATA do the job.

ISRO has always been a step ahead of other Govt. Agencies. Its time to learn from them.

Yes sir, but like every big project there is a decision making body involved which releases funds given by the govt, which plans the project time frame, which takes a call on the up gradation processes, which plans on the R&D involved, which plans on the imports of materials and the Marketing Strategies. Or in simple terms an Institution governing the doings of these scientists by bringing them under one roof.
