So, FC-1 and JF-17 refer to the same aircraft.

There are no so-called Chinese version and Pakistani version. It is developed only for PAF, as PLAAF won't buy it. It is not another K-8.
Its export versions are based on the ones used by PAF, like the ones Myanmar receives.
Besides, the information you provided doesn't supports what you thought.
