My life in Russia: Bobby Rome from Virginia, USA


Good for him, pursuing opportunity wherever it takes him. I had a family member working in Russia until shortly after Crimea, when the sanctions started to crush his company, and then banking in Russia became impossible. Russia will survive this, I'm sure, just like it's survived so many other trials by fire in the last century. Going forward, when the sanctions issue is resolved, Russia will be a tremendous investment opportunity.

Well there's only a certain number of slots in the NFL (1,696). It's pretty competitive. Unfortunately everybody can't play.
He was drafted by the Packers (NFL) but didn't make the cut.
He then basically went to the minors (UFL) and well considering that is no-name and doesn't pay well he went to Russia .

So what can you say...

You going to say something about these 24 guys?
