My IP is blocked. Why?

Hi,

I am unable to login to the forum when I try to visit here. The error that I get is that, "Sorry, The administrator has blocked your IP address. Click here to contact.... "

Why it is so? Why my IP is blocked?

This time I have logged through an anonymous proxy server to reach here.

Some admin, please help me here. If you need my IP address and other details then kindly mail me at fighter488@gmail.com
