It's never just about showcasing one Indian railroad project.

In the last three to four years, the Indian railway has begun to change quickly. I'm leaving out the Metro trains in numerous metro areas and other cities.

Example: Vande Matram train (Seater - already active (180 KM) and upcoming Sleeper version max speed 220 KM )and RRTS train is very big hope to change the traditional train journey in India.

The only big issue that will remain is that of uninformed individuals who care about national property but frequently abuse or ruin it.

Soft, cool, feminine pastels are calming compared to harsh primary colors. Bright red, green and blue are harsh on the eyes if you have to travel for many hours, especially evenings.

Not very different from your living room or bedroom where you spend many hours. Only some weirdos paint it in bright primary colors. If you see or read at least fictional accounts or interrogation rooms/torture chambers they use this trick to subdue and dominate their victims. Also, ashen/gray walls are used to create pessimism and hopelessness in the inmates.

If you leave it to the 'traditional' Indian railway board, they were so lacking in imagination all their coaches looked like this . Of late it's gotten much better with private players bringing in human oriented design thinking

Wish Pakistan could have focused on its Train in the Early 70s or 80s.

Even now proper investment can help the country in long run, and also take tons of burden off-road specially Freight trains

Thanks. We need more posts of this type too. Surely a nation of 230 million can't have ONLY bad news. It is important that Pakistani members bring positive developments to light as well.
