Engineers and MBAs don't leach on taxpayers' money. They do work for which they are paid by the company.
Nevertheless, what is their real contribution to India and the world ??
Even N.R.Narayana Murthy
has said that India has not given anything to the world technologically in the last 60 years.
Sachin and Binny Bansal (Flipkart).
Amazon already existed. Flipkart is merely the local version of Amazon.
The tools to create the Flipkart platform already existed.
Of course, there are truly useful companies like Louis Philippe, Raymond and Parle.
I am an engineer and an MBA and I have done 100 times more intellectually stimulating work than what likes of Kanhaiyaa can even dream of.
Can you name a single original Indian operating system and a single original Indian microprocessor ??
I am only asking what your co-workers across the country in those big-shot companies have done.
Also, I am not saying that the Chinese ( primary rival of India ) have done any innovation in this field.
Even the greatest revolutionary like Che Guvera has been reduced to an icon to sell T-Shirts. You can find a Che Guvera T-Shirt in any footpath store for a 100 bucks. People wear it and feel they are some cool revolutionaries but actually they are nothing
Agreed, that's a tragedy.
Just today I read a news that Telangana govt has sacked 50,000 workers because they went on a strike. They are going to recruit new workers with the clause that they would not form unions. This is the way it should be.
In 2014 February, thousands of IBM-India employees were sacked without notice or severance pay. These employees when they arrived at their offices, were simply told by the management to deposit their company-provided laptops and leave the premises. Ruthless this action was. Internet accounts call this action in words such as massacre. Some employees cried.
These employees hadn't formed union when they could have. And now that they were so cruelly removed, they didn't have a common front ( union ) to present to the management.
Funny thing is, IBM-USA ( the parent company ) has employee union but IBM-India does not.
A similar thing happened with TCS in 2015.
It should be a representative democracy as per the Israely constitution
The current Israeli constitution is meant for a country mainly to be occupied by Jews. Please read my solution in the post I made above to
@halupridol .
