actually you need to understand that he started the kargil war so that he could take over your country to become a dictator .

and why would we hold something against his

he started kargil only to lose another war against india and few hundred men of his army whose bodies he wouldn't accept .

and as a dictator his actions are directly responsible for your current position , he was responsible for dragging your country into 'war on terrorism' which dented your image internationally and made you incur loss of infrastructure worth billions .

fled the nation to live in exile .

now after all this he is fighting cases of treason in pakistani courts .
