most of the senior members including myself were defending the institution because they have done something good in countering terrorism, they fucked up but the orders came from somewhere else, we called for system reforms instead of punishing the foot soliders because to them they are resources, you hang 16 and they will have 400 more recruits to use.......the institutional reforms are mandatory, we must understand that whatever we do onwards must have a strategic solution instead of tactical or operational........look at long term goals.....

am not going to debate over this again man, i already had enough of this talk, people don't get it....this is like asking why isis terrorists fight, it is all about manipulation ......this is like saying when Pakistan army went toTribal areas in 2003/04 why they fought the locals,why when our Men were martyred the pashtun families refused to own them them, it is all about belief that you get through manipulation.....my enemy is someone's hero, remember?

i have turned into an opportunist ... in my professional career we use every chance we get to pin down the contractors, get what we want , make them meet the contractual obligations....it is unfortunate that our people have not learnt about using such situations as ammunition to get most out of the system......
