The situation LQ is deplorable. To me, it seems that the owners of the teams are not taking the league seriously. For them, it might be "all for fun" when in reality should be - and is - a serious business. With this attitude, cricket leagues (whether PSL, IPL, or others) can't hope for the same stature as the football leagues in Europe.
The lineup of LQ is weak and the decision to go for an inexperienced and unknown player as the team's captain who also happens to be a new player in the domestic circuit is baffling.
PZ has also lost its lustre since they lost Afridi to another team, and for his part, Afridi hasn't shined in the league since he left PZ.
If there is a takeaway from PSL 2020 is Shadab Khan's captaincy and performance.
