There is no comparision of Haqaqi and PTI, so yes, PTI will get votes, but they still not capable enough to get enough votes to create any hap hazard to MQM.
PTI as a party is very very weak in sindh and Baluchistan, even in karachi u just found in DHA or gulshan e iqbal, otherwise in whole karachi the presence is very weak.
