Pakistan was forced to provide consular access by ICJ - remember they were refusing that before the ICJ verdict. My point is , by giving in to such pettiness Pakistan government, while scoring some imaginary point within a section of its populace, ends up severely losing credibility.
Other examples are Lakvi et al - only when forced by FATF black listing they jail these terrorists.

Pakistan had its own point there... Kalbushan or Hussain whatever name you wanna call him with was a sabotagist not a civilian... and they were jailed in financing cases because india has been a bitch when it comes to sending witnesses to Pakistani courts...

and Pakistan like everyone else is entitled to its pt of view. But they were requiired to provide consular access and did so ONLY after being forced by ICJ. and I pointed that out as evidence Pakistan (or anyone else) are not in a position to say 'won't comply'
