Kashmir has a handful of terrorists,while entire Pakistani regions were / are overrun with terrorists...and you say people do not loathe the Pakistani setup?..If so, then why were thousands of terrorists residing in civilian lines?.

Guess what, more than sufficient funds are given to the people to repair those houses.
