India thinks itself as a challenger eventually to Chinese power hence this initiative. Once India's GDP crosses $5 trillion, India will have surplus money to spend to counter China. The rivalry is going to grow more in future. The beneficiaries will be smaller states where both countries will vie for influence.

You are making sweeping generalization against Indians when it's just an opinion published in an article.

Neither we have challenged China to stop OBOR.

It is only Chinese stupidity when they tried to tag CEPC with OBOR that we refused to attend the meet. Since CEPC passes through disputed territory we have to make it clear using all possible avenues and opportunities.
