Modi was introduced to thecrowd by actor Hugh Jackman as someone who started as a "tea salesman" and went on to become chief minister of Gujarat and then Prime Minister of India with a huge mandate!

For your information- the crowd was always there ...with or without Modi .

He was just one of the invitees like many other leaders ....

Even MEA tweet tried to give this impression that It was Modi who drew the crowd although subtly ...

this is dangerous precedent ..because it amounts to virtual sycophancy !
