Whatever the reason this is the right message the Muslim community needs to encourage their girls to do higher studies.

One of my tenant was in all praises for our state government because his two kids(a rarity for Muslim families) got free education from 1st class to their degree college. His daughter is doing her doctorate in Pharmacy and his son is in Australia to do his MBA. So, there are lots of exceptions to the dim statistics that they portray regarding Muslim families.

My sons school founder Mrs. Babukhan happens to be an educationist who did her masters in Harvard and decided to return to Hyderabad to establish this school. In one decade this school transformed to become one of top 10 schools in Hyderabad.

Actually this was a state scheme introduced by our CM in Telangana. Here all minority girls and SC/ST girls who are at least 18 or above, whose family make certain income limit are eligible to apply. Last year some 65000 girls availed the benefits.

They want to introduce it to all India by the central government. Modi just copied it limiting it to only Muslim girls. I don't know if muslim girls can avail both state and central schemes.

Don't agree with this move of BJP. This scheme is for girls from ALL minority communities not just specific to Muslims, I wonder what's with the doctored title though.

Muslims get 90,000per month in scholarship , but OBC get 40000, GM gets nothing even though they all are below the incom requirement.I'm sick & tiered of all this education bias.

I know a Muslim guy who bought a duke from his scholarship funds , while we GM were travelling by buses .

Its ridiculously easy to forge/alter a incom certificate , it's a open secret a friend of mine did it to get eligibility to a colleges reseaved seat.
