That is true, extremism in Pakistan was a big problem in the past two decades but if you look at the trend for the past 5 years, that trend has consistently been going down. That is certainly opposite of what we see in India where bigotry, extremism and hate is on the rise. Electoral politics determines who the public sends to the office who will determine the course of the country. India elected a extremist national party with a leader who is called the 'Butcher of Gujrat', something Pakistanis have never done.
The recent conviction of the professor is indeed very tragic and highly condemnable, but you don't see anyone here defending it. In fact, you're seeing it being condemned across the country. Most likely, this case will be pushed to SC and quashed. On the other hand, you're seeing bigotry and hate being openly accepted by Indians on this forum, online and the country. That is the difference that there is a conscious efforts within Pakistanis to realize the mistakes we made in the past, learn from them, and correct ourselves in the future. Are we Perfect, HELL NO, but we're making an effort to be better people.

First of all, lets make the distinction here. Don't say 'no one' because Indians have this obsession of clubbing themselves as a world opinion, please just say Indians don't buy anything.
I agree with your assessment here, you shouldn't buy anything my country says. Just watch our actions of what we do and we will watch the same actions of what you do. I have no issues stating that Pakistan has made multiple mistakes in the past, but it has learned from them and we are making a conscious effort of fixing our past mistakes. This is something i don't see happening in India, but i guess everyone has to go through the process to learn. This CAB bill has already resulted in the death of multiple innocent souls, but it does not appear to be causing any difference to the average Hindu populace because its the foreigner dirty muslims that are being killed.
