I hope another dossier is prepared for these missing bloggers and sent to UN.

Pakistan presented evidence against India after Indian spy Kulbushan Yadev got arrested and its involvement in Baluchistan and other terrorist activities was undeniable.

For this particular case, just raising it on international level would be enough. Pakistan should only repeat back what India has been doing. That should be sufficient for this incident.
