Missing flags

There are many members on this forum who don't have their flags displayed(including TTAs). I thought it was compulsory to give out the right flags.
If it is not then please confirm, I will be the first to remove my flags and enter a section on this forum where members luv to split and slice others.
I genuinely believe flags help in replying back and it becomes easier to understand the other person's perspective.

why is my country flag Australia? someone changed my country flag to Australia
