Ministry set to build LNG ship

ISLAMABAD - As Pakistan and Qatar are on the verge of finalising multibillion dollars 400 mmcfd liquefied natural gas (LNG) sale purchase deal, defence production ministry is set to venture in construction of modern LNG ships at Karachi Shipyard and Engineering Works (KSEW).
According to the informed sources, KSEW is gearing up for construction of fast track LNG ship over the next three to four years. This project, sources said, would be followed by more similar projects at KSEW.
Meanwhile, Pakistan and Qatar will kick start final round of talks to materialise the LNG deal with the aim at injecting 400 mmcfd in country's system by November 1, 2014.
Pakistan has already awarded LNG terminal services contract to EVTL to set up a terminal in Karachi with handling capacity of 690 mmcfd imported LNG from Qatar.

india is a giant country it needs more fuel so its buying more lng from qatar so less price
we are buying what we need so more price
