These "Firepower" analysis experts should first and foremost categorize all the nuclear capable nations in the top order according to the capability of their nuclear arsenal, balanced with their military.

In the 21st century, the nuclear delivery systems, accuracy and reliability of your munitions, warheads and ballistic missiles matter more than a nation with a strong military without a nuclear strike capability.
