From this video a number of Q's arise- does the ARC operate Il-76? I thought they only operated gulfstreams and 707s. Also what does the ARC do? Ask the GOVT to tear down millions of dollars worth of hotel and lost revenue, or does it relocate to somewhere else? Or build higher Walls?

Does anyone know if anyone is doing anything to fix this?
