The Mi35 will be used primarily as a Spec Ops and CAS, in both CI and Conventional Warfare.

T129 and Z10 are both also in contention for long term replacement for Cobra, the Mi35 will be used primarily for Air Assault and Spec Ops, the theory being, a couple of Mi35 carryingSpec Ops can drop them on a target and remain in theater for Close Air Support, and then pick up the lads for extraction, it would mean a single helicopter fulfilling the role of both transport and CAS.

Perfect for CI.

Our Cobras have an anti-armour role, though Mi35 can also do this, it's ability to carry fully armed operators has made it - very attractive for our Spec Ops and LCB, formations.

It would also be used in conventional warfare against india.

Replacement for Cobra will either be the Chinese or Turkish option, maybe both, because both countries are offering very favourable terms, the next decade will be very cool, in the sense that the Armed Forces will be massively modernized, thanks to our friends.

We are interested in all of them, when time and our wallet will allow, we will buy them.

as i think we will get only mi 35 and mi 28
having too many kinds of heli is not a good thinking because of maintenance and other things

Mi35 is Good attack helicopter with modern weaponry system but standing with troops in special operation it is very tough task. However, using to separate platform it make difficult and increase Pakistan economical issues. So, it means that, Pakistan will continues use Cobra which are developing maintenance problem already and MI35 need separate system!

It mean Pakistan still have very short vision about his civil aviation! rather than thinking long term policy on sustainable buses is much better. if Pakistan want use both it will create more problems for Pakistan, though Pakistan will enjoy two separate machine with varieties.
Good Luck Pakistan Army and find sustainable solution rather temporary one!

Many of the systems deployed on Mi35 are present on the Mi17, so maintenance will not be a problem, as we do all major work on our Mi17's in house.
