On the other hand there was news that India is exercising in the Straits of Malacca which is nothing more then trying to show a brave face in front of the mirror.

Don't go by the headlines. If you see the area where the trouble is, you will get disappointed. Further if you read contemporary history of trouble in those areas, you will know what happens in the end. Indian Policy Makers counters everything. If you think India will vacate those 5 districts , you will be surprised to realize India will actually take back even the areas not under its control. Sooner or later you will realize this, the way your past and current leaders has realized ....including Rambo Musharaff.

India exercising in the Straits of Malacca and across will be a regular event. We do it because we can. The issue with you is that you want to Dance when China does something and when India does similar , you get sour.

how is it sovereignity issue?? we are developing land inour control andwe are a recognized party to the conflict.
if it's sovereignity issue for india than indian development in IOK is also asovereignity issue for us. But we are not indians who are against investment and development, which helps raise the living standard of the local people.

Other multilateral donors were not willing to invest on this project but now China has come up to finance this mega project.

whats needed now is that wapda comes up with an action plan, NEPRA with a tariff and govt with 25% funds so projects can be implemented fast track, even so it would be at completed not before 2030

historically what has happened is that even projects that are set to go are delayed due to incompetence/ bureaucratic hurdles like tarbela IV and Dasu & bhasha. so if i follow historical trend it would take another 20 years

infact the idea first pops up in mushi era and than MOu signed in zardari era

Yawnnn...Please ask your champions of democracy in Delhi to open Internet services inside Indian occupied Kashmir if there is no trouble at all. Your threatening language cannot negate the ground reality of the pressure cooker situation in Kashmir valley...!! India is building infrastructure in India controlled J&K using her own money/resources. There is no third party involved. In case of Pakistan, a third party (China) is involved hence the issue.

Even a citizen of India is not allowed to invest or buy property in Indian held J&K.
