I do take beta blockers

I think I had sleep issues last year but these days I can sleep within 2 minutes if I want and usually do sleep for 8 hours or so.. sometimes less but I think my sleep is definitely better than last year
Zaki-bhai-jan, I read few posts in this thread. There are few parting things I will say:
1. Symptoms are just one part of a diagnosis. They are often very confusing. Also a basic adage in medical profession is, "when you hear hoofs, think horses not zebra": Meaning if you make the most common diagnosis, you will be commonly correct. In your case, instead of all these serious diseases, I have a totally different idea. It may just be mental stress. May be coupled with beta-blockers you are taking. Do not under-estimate stress though: it can show some very interesting and extremely varied symptoms and can exacerbate existing issues.
I once had this fear that I am having kidney issue: out of no-where, I just heard about someone else having it and thats it. I had almost every symptom in matter of few days : atleast the symptoms that I thought occur. A dull pain in the sides, very less urine, puffiness or swelling -- atleast I thought that, socks were leaving deep marks, something I never seen before, extreme itching, kind of white marks on skin, you name it. I went to doctor, he put me to all tests: Cret, BUN, electrolytes, ultrasound of kidneys, xray, physical exam, 24-hour urine collection, differntial filteration estimation, routine and culture test of urine -- the whole nine yard. Nothing showed up! Really nothing! There was a shadow under the kidney in x-ray but nothing in ultrasound. That shadow turned out to be that of embedded metallic piece in my knicker. I asked him, where hell I got all the symptoms. He asked me, if I were taking enough water. I wasn't and it was May. He asked me did I asked about the symptoms to other folks? I did. He told me that all those things I thought as symptoms were always there. That was 'normal' me. I misunderstood marks as swelling. I had never seen how a real swelling looks like and didn't even know the basic test for that, press and swelled up part won't pop up fast. Essentially, all that stress made me think what was normal in my body as symptoms of something I wanted to be there. This is how messed up things can get with stress. When you are stressed, your body becomes hyperaware of itself, even the smallest details which you won't notice show up as a messed up symptom. Pains you don't notice become very observable when you are looking for it.
So the crux of matter is, don't go looking for a disease, let a third party -- a doctor, make a real diagnosis. Other things will confuse you to no end and you will see symptoms which you just read from somewhere else, sometimes in a matter of hours. They should not be there but your mind will make them very very real. Trust me things I have seen when I am stressed have driven me crazy at times.
Insha-allah, you will be just fine. Relax and ask your doc to investigate and then clarify your doubts.
