I've applied to become one as I've been interested in them for years but thought you had to be invited to join. I've just found out you don't and can apply so I have. I like what they espouse and have studied their history. The Mason here are trying to de-mystify themselves and it was through this I found out about joining.

Quite true. You will never be invited. You have to ask.

After all, you have to be a Mason "at heart", before you proceed. That's why I went to great extent explaing what they are all about. You ( and Rehman, hopefully) decide if this is for you. It is not an occult society, we open and close Lodge with a prayer.

Sorry, you won't learn about the secret of the pyramids either.
