Influential does not equate to a person being good..it just means how much influence a person has over other people and going by that definition, yes she is one of most influential women but just piggybacking on the shoulders one of the most corrupt, pervert, traitor and deviant character...namely her father who is the PM of Pakistan..

Smugglers, dictators, terrorists and under world dons are also pretty powerful and influential.
