Make in China is far far superior to Make in India. China exports almost everything from tractors to IKEA furniture. India produces very few products and is lacking major expertise in manufacturing. India exports mainly natural resources like cotton and spices.

Evaluating both their auto industries, in 2016 China sold 27.798 million cars and is the largest auto market. India only sold 3.361 million cars. For quality standards Chinese cars have a much higher safety rating.
