this lower court judge throwing a tantrum and his resignation is invalid as he is sent to registrar who has no authority,
its extremely important higher court judges visit lower courts and keep oversight as the most corruption happens there. A powerful feudal pays these judges to get stay order or other help to suppress the poor.
There is a reason Sindh is backward and behind Balochistan in HDI. They will object to a non-sindhi even if he speaks on their behalf and is targeting a sindhi dacoit who is looting them. They are mentally programmed by suppression and feudalism. They don't vote on likes and dislikes but on who has influence and will win.
IT is highly likely The session court judge in Larkana kept mobile phone in the court to get instructions or talk to the more rich party to shape decision in their favour.
Supreme Court CJP Saqib Nisar needs to understand the mindset of Sindhis and give it back to this lower court judge. Sindhis only respond to authority of power, he should make this judge and others realize he is in-charge and doing whats best for the country.
Commend him and I hope visits by Higher court judges continue as oversight.
