Love thy neighbor? Chinese nationals who call Japan home

.
I felt more at home in Japan than anywhere else that I have been to -- which is a long list of developed and underdeveloped nations. I guess @Nihonjin1051 , has similar experience when he was in China. Hence the strength of history and being neighbors and kins for thousands of years. Politics is conjectural, people-to-people relations are stable and perennial.

Besides Japan, i felt at home in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, People's Republic of China. It is a big city (world class), but it has that small town feel to it, people (i think this is a trait of Cantonese people) there are very family oriented, everyone is always so kind. Guangzhou will always have my heart, and I do not hide my bias for Cantonese (to an extent Hokkien) in here. lol.

I agree with you --- we in this epoch are finite beings --- we learn , express --- but even after we are long gone , there will always still be China and Japan. For 26 centuries this relationship has endured, there is no doubt it will continue for another 26+ centuries. And am sure that the 'activities' of the 20th and 21st century will go down in our histories as a time that tested the relations of Japan and China. In the end, i am sure, the fraternal and blood bond will prevail.

Japan, by our nature, cannot hate China. How can we hate our progenitor ? It is something hard for many foreigners to understand, but only Chinese and Japanese understand this relationship.

Hahaha nice! You watched 十面埋伏 ? Love Chinese historical dramas , btw! There is actually a scene in that movie that captured me when i saw that in the theater. The dance scene --- and just seeing the flow of Chinese regalia (Hanfu), i was so awed at beauty and elegance of China !

兄,
Excellent post first of all.I never knew that Chinese and Japanese subject could enjoy such a wonderful relationship.
I remember that, two years back I was invited in one of my brother's colleagues' wedding where I met a Japanese woman who was a professor in Japan as well as she was here on company's visit-wonderful lady. I remember that we were discussing ww2 and suddenly I said on something that:"Japan must never forget Heroshima & Nagasaki incident. I remember that she joyfully grabbed my hand and said in hilarious manner:" We are their yes-men now!"
She meant deep-not exactly what she said. Powerful nations with strong foreign policy are those in which you try to clear up past dust and try to turn over a new leaf.We know that it is difficult, but we opt to because this is what an educated and learned nations do.I could understand this better because Pakistan and India are having hard time in sustaining relationship :D
I wish best of luck to both countries and hope to see a new dawn of relationships b/w both wonderful countries and culture:)
よろしく

[P.S I hope that Google have correctly translated "brother" and "regards" into Japanese:D]

no that says fork instead of brother, and not the whole two letters required for fork.

Oh dear
Thank god that I have mentioned it-Google translated brother as ani and regards as yoroshiku:D
I am happy with word "regards" in English

LOL anybody who is not Chinese from the father's side is not Chinese by blood. So it is natural that these half-Japanese would hate us for our massive nuclear arsenal. No surprise thousands of race traitors from China live in Japan. I am glad they do not burden China anymore. They chose a life of slavery. Actually, far more Japanese were adopted by Chinese in Manchuria after the war. Some time ago, a small group of their descendants tried to distort WW2 history. They were put down.

Below is Jin Meiling, a "Chinese" in Japan. She is more extreme. Go to 2.10 minutes and watch her say "I will feel sicko to be a Chinese even I am dead". And she continue to say how much she love Japan.

And when asked why she hate China so much, she said "China is simply hateful".

LOL ... as same as Wang Ching-Wei did in WWII ... LOL ... just stay in Japan never back to China again. S@CKER !
