He calls to attack the JEW USA forces 1 time every 6-7 months, not enough to mobilize the forces against the terrorists forces.
Al Qaeda anti-arabs sect makes daily hundreds of videos calling to kill arabs in Syria
He just wants to deceive the people and make as if he wasn't the actor of the JEW USA.
