TUQ have a right , to nominate any one in FIR, no matter that person was in Pakistan or even lahore on that day or not.

But on the Other hand, Hamid Mir have a same right or not?

This is as daft as it gets. No one stopped Hamid Mir from filing the FIR, considering the Govt openly declared they were with Hamid. And government is the one not releasing the commission report on Hamid Mir's attacks! This Govt needs no excuse to muddy Army.

Politicians are always easy target, any one lodge FIR against them, and hang them, and after few years, came into the public and confess, that was wrong hanging? what punishment u decide for that man.

I dont support NS, i voted for PTI in 2013 elections, but the trends settings at that moment really a concern.

1. Butto FIR's lodged while he PM.
2. Murtaza Bhutto FIR lodged while Benazir was PM.
3. NS alliged for Hijacking, while he was PM.
4. Yousuf raza Gillani alliged for contempt of court while he is PM.

Prime Ministers of Pakistan, always have to face the tastes of soul.

and all this happened on bases of FIRs.
