clearly from the video there were no lights, DCO multan must be investigated about it..if found culprit must be registered under 302 article for murder.

DCO Multan shows the agreement between the local management and president of PTI Mr. Janjua in which it's clearly written that electricity and internal security of the stadium is his responsibility and in 18th point it's written that it's his (janjua) responsibility to make sure that people leave the stadium peacefully and reach their respected places he will be held responsible if something went wrong.. Go read the 26 points of the agreement first then claim such thing... and light of the stadium was lit by PTI generator not by WAPDA electricity

@Leader, Dude your DP is from PTI and your remark is totally non-credible. Like a typical YOUTHIAA you are blaming DCO Multan without reason rhyme or proof! DCO offices in Pakistan ONLY issues permission to hold such processions and that too under strict security and safety arrangements made by the organizers (which in this case is your party). The lights and the sound system etc were arranged by PTI, light were turned off by PTI organizers so that the rowdy crowd could leave the stadium (otherwise they would have stayed there until well beyond mid night).

So again the responsibility of these sad and preventable deaths lies squarely on the shoulder of IK, Shah Mehmood Qureshi and PTI event managers. During elections campaigning IK fell of the loader and almost broke his neck, hauled into the car like a sheep taken for shearing and then again almost killed himself again in Lahore by the crowd push on the container. Was the DCO LAHORE responsible for this mess?

PTI has become a disaster thanks to that idiot Imran Khan and double thanks to the YOUTHIAA crowd that humps and jumps every time IK opens his drug snorting mouth!

How utterly shameful! These PTI bastards are so consumed by there own lies and agendas that they have no concern for the people who support them. Imran Khan or Shah Mehmood Qureshi would not kept barking like a dog if it would have been there own sons being dragged unconscious like that onto the stage. They would have cancelled the Jalsaa and would have immediately called for ambulance and accompanied there family to the hospital.

The irony is that Imran Khan is speaking on the ignorance of his foes on ''value of life'' in this video while the unconscious youth is being pulled up like a dead animal on the stage!

Regardless of whether the lights were turned off or not. There should have been better crowd management knowing that the turnout would be this large. Already the entrance/exits to most Pakistani buildings have zero concepts of evacuation and people control so PTI organizers should have expected this. These are just excuses when plain evidence of the PTI leadership having to commando themselves onto the container is ample proof of pathetic organization.

Imran Khan's expressions upon arrival and climbing up should be ample proof of how he viewed the efforts of the organization committee.

Due to un certain situation of security specially in big gathering, party management and relevant depts. plans to minimized the entrance and exits to tight up the security measures, I'm sure and confident that both parties were already agreed about entrance and exits.
The open areas like Minare Pakistan or D chock or Jinnah Park are open enough for crowd to make easy entrances or exits, in case of Stadium it's a totally different situation, PTI trying best to put the blame on local authorities but again it's a big failure of it's own management. That kind of incident only happen when it's some fire occurred in a place and peoples rushed for exits to save their lives!! What the hell happen that crowd was in such hurry to leave the place??

A very sad incidicent. When ever there is crowd more then expectation. That happens. Not only in PTI jalsa. Suadia Arab with huge resource and money couldnt stop it. PTI have to focus more on management. Hire a professional team instead of untrained volunteers.. There crowd includes charged people who came to jalsa on their own wish. Not like other jalsa where u have to brought people. That is why they lack management.

But should get out of blame game. There is fault from both sides. DCO should have opened all gates but that is judgment of error
