Its fitness class in combat style.

After about an hour of this, you're completely drained out. Its more cardio than anything else.

LesMills is some sort of training designers. They have all sorts of such classes being held internationally usually available in good gyms around the world. I've tried them all out, like Body Pump, Body Attack, but Body Combat was really intense.

I did this today. My first class in 3 years. Everything hurts. @Manticore.

I've even taken up boxing - beginner level, let's see how that goes.
