A fire that broke out on Thursday at a key Iranian nuclear facility has caused "significant damage", a spokesman for Iran's nuclear energy body has said.

The facility itself is tens of meters under the ground protected by layers of the world's finest reinforced cement.
The building that was damaged was under construction on the ground to be used for assembly and storage of centrifuge machines. It has little to do with the core of the Natanz facility which is completely underground as I said earlier.
