Definitely Modi doesn't forget. That Col. saab is gone with body in pieces, if KY is hanged (BTW Sarabjit Singh was murdered in Jail with bricks and organs taken out afterall) so its a done that KY will be hanged and India will treat him as a hero. I hope the Col. Saab also gets the recognition from Pakistan alike.
And yes we have many ex service men, a lot of them actually. Plz have a go at them. It would be interesting to see how Pakistan takes/accepts attrition.

The United Nations on Wednesday declined to comment on the death sentence handed to convicted Indian spy Kulbhushan Jadhav and said the world body was not in a position to judge the case.

“We are not in a position to judge the process or to have a position on this particular case,” the UN secretary general's spokesman, Stephane Dujarric, said in response to a question from an Indian journalist at the regular noon press briefing.

The spokesman called for a dialogue between Pakistan and India, following heightened tensions between the two countries after Jadhav’s sentencing.

“Overall in terms of relations between India and Pakistan, we underline and continue to underline the need for the parties to find a peaceful solution and to engage through engagement and dialogue,” the spokesman added.

It had to be death sentence for Yadav because of his 14 years of terrorism in Pakistan specially Balochistan province.

Sir it may be in bad taste. But the reality is not always good taste. I doubt if the Col saab is captured by RAW. But if he is, then what should the intelligence agencies should do ??

And where was it proved ?? Even many in your country just came to know yesterday that a trail was actually happening in this case. Not even 1% of transparency was displayed in this trail. It is nothing more than a sham kangaroo court how hard Pakistan try to defend the sincerity of Military courts, the whole world is not blind.

When an accussition is made the responsiblilty to prove that is on the accusser not the accused. But what an Irony that you are asking the accused who is already under captiity without and genuine legal options to prove his innocance when the accuser never care to share the charges against the accused, let alone the proof.

The fact that the case itself is heard behind and punishment pronounced behind closed doors except an open court trail proves the facts that the evidences are either fabricated or doesn't exist. If the evidences were too sensitive as per you, aren't your civilian courts non-trustworthy that the establishment is afraid to share it with them ?? So much for your vibrant Judiciary. LOL

Moreover India will not go to any international court in this case, but you can expect any reply even in an out of the way manner, it's only a matter of time. Just wait and see.

Simple never acknowledge that he is under captivity (if ever). Keep him for eternity. Let the general public keep on guessing while the handlers can never claim foul.

As for Commander Yadhav, I wish the sooner Pakistan executes him the better, it's always good die soon rather than languish in a jail for years, that too in an enemy nation. If the execution happens soon it will obviously be in best interest for him and India.

Evidence are not shared with anyone to concur. Legal help was not provided, not even councilor access was granted. If someone lock you up, beat you and force you to confess that you are a terrorist, should we believe?

So your logic applies to every criminal...even to Ajmal Qasab..remember he was brought to hospital under severe health condition..where he was asking forgiveness from bhagwan.....By your logic he is also innocent.
