Kerala woman journalist threatened, FB account blocked after post on child sexual abuse in Madarassa

There is no ordained ministry in Islam! No holier than thou attitude or immorality, criminality should go unpunished. Islam makes one responsible for their own acts and it is about time that Muslims should take charge and get out of this bondage to pirs, saints and holy men.
Debate is not about Islam, such incidents are found in every religion. But it's more about holier than thou attitude of those secular hypocrites who are silent when it comes to such matter. They want to sweep such incident under the carpet instead of debating on it like when it comes to Hindus.

Irrelevant. Madrassas must be shut down in India. What you do in Pakistan is your problem.

problem is that if you shut down Madrasas, then you'll have to use the same logic to shut down Gurukuls. I've stayed at a Gurukul and I don't think they need to be shut.

Because he is Convent educated..................

And that makes him a hypocrite ? ..... what's your excuse ?

Difference being Gurukuls in India do not focuses on Religious education.

Madrassas Primary job is Religious education.

The journalist is a communal fascist. She should have done something secular like exposing hindus and made fun of their beliefs, instead of targetting a secular madrassa.

Its because of terrorists like her that Amir Khan and people like him are feeling threatened.

So it's right to infringe her freedom of speech just because "people from one particular religion" didn't liked the truth? Great. For all we know Aamir Khan's son might be studying in that madarassa.

Nopes sir, but its apt to take decisions based on the situations in hand, we are already having big mess with intolerance topic. So under current scenario, its wise to diffuse even small lights and take corrective actions against the perpetrators of crime. So that justice is served, voice of petitioner is heard and yet the social calmness is maintained.

BS.

Brushing problems under the carpet is the worst thing to do. Injustice MUST be fought HEAD ON. If there are riots, SO BE IT.

Its not brushing the problem, its about taking right approach to solve the given problem in a given scenario. Govt can take cognizance of issue and take corrective actions without allowing bad elements to ignite communal fire. Its very difficult to differentiate people with ill intentions and genuine ones and thus negative elements can take a benefit of such situation to a case for there benefits.

The same privacy laws that do not let your office put CCTV at your place of work peering over your shoulder and watching your every move.

Classroom do not mean complete lack of privacy and invasion of private space.
I am sure what is the context you are saying camaras are not installed at work place, but camera's are installed in most of the offices .there are schools too which install camaras in class and parents can check the live footage on the mobile ,I know this because the school one of my family member studies has it.

LOL... if cameras are installed in office workspaces, then those are not the companies anybody would want to work for.

The school you mentioned is an exception. 99.999% of the school do not have them.

Class rooms are not science labs and children are not lab rats. Any school which considers privacy of children as unnecessary and micromanages their development is not the kind of school I would want to send my kids too.
