J&K is an Indian state and the GoI/Union Government will shape the policies on which these states should act.

The Congress votebank politics have costed much to India's integrity...now the process needs to be reversed. The
state of J&K is a volatile region, with much of it's problems related to religion and nationality...laying the foundations
to change the social structure of the population will go a long way to settle the disputes once & for all.

We should work to ensure Hindu population equals out Muslim population in JK, if not surpass it, down the years. That
will automatically remove much of the problems and pave the way for some development and peace.

Baloch people have not taken weapons against Pakistan, its few tribal lord who have done for money, and once again I must ask you to read about demography of Baluchistan. If ordinary Bloch people had taken arms against Pakistan then they would not have joined PA and other security agencies in numbers since Kiyani's era. They are joining PA voluntarily and love their country, so stop your rubbish.

I am not sure that it is a good thing to have scared neighbours.

Kargil was entirely Pakistani, Pakistan Army, in fact, in all respects; its planners even failed to inform the Pakistan Air Force.
Godhra was from all accounts which favour the local Muslim hand in the original riots an entirely local incident. You have a dangerous habit of conflating Indian Muslims with Pakistan. The two are not one and the same, whatever it may appear to be to a ferociously communalised Gujarati bigot.
The expulsion, not massacre, of Kashmiri Pandits was a local matter again, although promoted by the Hurriyat, which is in turn financed and advised by foreign intelligence agencies.
